This is a very special project our team is working on at the heart of West Hampstead.

Client’s vision was to incorporate two styles: from 18th century architecture to modern 21st century ideas and elements. Front side of the house has Victorian style, like entrance door or windows, while rear side of the house contains elements of polymorphic architecture with modern terrace overlooking garden.

Bathrooms definitely very unique and the eye catcher elements in this house.  For master bathroom client chose big 3 meters slab tiles together with 3D metal mosaic, combination of black, brown and bronze colours makes it very warm and cosy. As well they choose free standing bath to make this room even more special than it already is. One of the smaller bathroom has very playful character, bubble mosaic together with white tiles that been attached under special angle to create a vertical lines design. This bathroom is much smaller comparing to master one, therefore to optimise the size – sunken bath was chosen. Inspiration for these masterpieces was works of Kandinsky style.

For this project we been working with the stretch ceiling both in master bedroom and living room, while the rest of the rooms has traditional plaster ceiling. Going downstairs another special element of the house is crittal glass partition that divides living area and hallway. Our client didn’t want traditional glass and they decided to go for smart glass, depending on the time of the day or your mood or sunlight you can regulate the colour of the glass, going from clear to matt black. Next to the glass wall is located truly an art object – vertical column with polymorphic architecture, designed specially by our in house architect.

House is still ongoing project but seeing how design on paper becomes a reality makes not only our client very happy, but our whole team too!
