About us

Elevations Ltd is headquartered in North London, near West Hampstead station.

The company was founded when two brothers started building their homes.

Adam took care of the design, Alexander of the structural calculations and together they started building, converting old houses into new and well-finished apartments.

This path led us to acquire properties and therefore to plan the expansion and conversion of old properties into new apartments.

The last step was developing houses in luxury residences.

The goal of any project is to ensure the high-quality standards of the living space, the place to live in, transforming the vision of the client into reality. All the apartments that we put on the market were sold quickly and above the market price.

Elevations Ltd main approach is to be flexible, to deliver on time and to respect the budget.

Elevations Ltd strives for quality and was twice nominated by Camden Building Control for the best builder in the area.

In addition to Alexander, the team is made up of 2 ARB architects, one of them is also RIBA chartered, 2 engineers, one of them is also a project manager with over 10 years of experience, a site manager, an office manager, an accountant and a team of qualified professionals.

THE TEAM

Alexander Sebba: Founder, Engineer, General Manager, Project Manager. Came from a structural engineering background and worked as a bridge engineer.

Jack Horn: Engineer, M.Sc. Project Manager with more than 10 years of experience

Peter Kotsos: Site Manager with more than 10 years of experience

Adrian Ionescu: Project Architect, ARB Architect, BArch (Hons) Dip Arch ARB, RUR, OAR

Marco Carpenti: Interior Designer and Design Manager, RIBA Chartered Architect, M.Arch, MSc, ARB, OAPPC

Julija Jermilova: Office Manager, BA International business and communications
