An expedient residential refurbishment of a small flat set within a prestigious gated block in Marylebone.
The works consist of a full-scale rearrangement of the layout to make better use of the space, including the reconfiguration of the kitchen.
With light wooden flooring and white paintwork prevalent in the lounge areas, we were able to create a very inviting and airy ambience, and we even added in adjustable ceiling lights to make it cozy in the evenings.
Elevations also assisted in furnishing the flat which was rented for the full asking price within a week of being put onto the rental market.
